Established in 2017, Bahay Kubo was inspired by the iconic Filipino native hut, symbolizing warmth, simplicity, and tradition. The restaurant features coconut-thatch roofing handwoven by Maldivian women, blending Filipino culture with Maldivian craftsmanship.
